All Hometown Amusement and Creations Inflatable installers must successfully complete SIOTO Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization sanctioned training.

Yes. Sufficient attendants must be present for all equipment and attractions. Hometown Amusement and Creations does not provide attendants.  Attendants can be provided by Hometown Amusement and Creations if reserved ahead of time.  The rate for each attendant will range from $35-$75 an hour.

(1) Attendants must be 18 years or older. 

(2) Attendants must thoroughly understand the proper operation of the equipment, agree to the rules of use, and know its specific inherent hazards. 

(3) Attendants must be under direct supervision of renter or renting organizations’ authorized agents and have immediate access to them. 

(4) Attendants must have command presence necessary to maintain order of their responsible area. 

(5) Attendants may only operate or supervise one piece of equipment at a time. 

(6) Attendants must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

The customer is responsible to ensure that sufficient grounded electrical outlets are available within 100 feet of each piece of equipment as applicable.  Extension cords provided by Hometown Amusement and Creations may only power equipment. In the event of electrical failure, or unavailability of suitable power Hometown Amusement and Creations will adjust no refunds or credits. Hometown Amusement and Creations has generators available at an additional charge if electrical availability is a concern. 

Inflatables that require water must be used with an electrical outlet protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. You should ensure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not in or around water.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

 Inflatable devices must be set up over a smooth, flat surface. The area must be clear of rocks, debris, animal waste, and other objects, which may interfere with the use of or damage Hometown Amusement and Creations. The unit must always have a minimum clearance of 5 feet on all sides. Contact Hometown Amusement and Creations for overall dimensions of specific units. When signing our contract, your releasing Hometown Amusement and Creations from any liability regarding any damage that may occur to water, sewer, drainage, gas lines, etc. The Customer is responsible for instructing any representative of Hometown Amusement and Creations to any obstructions or buried lines in or around the set-up area. Hometown Amusement and Creations is in no way held liable for damage or repair.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

No. We make sure you have your rentals for at least 7hrs so you can make memories.

Accidental Damage Waiver:  The purchase of the RESIDENTIAL Equipment Damage Waiver protection plan for 8% of your rental fee, we will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage or theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, glitter, slime, confetti, streamers, gum, candy, food/beverage, paint, face paint, markers or pen, cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, shoes or sharps and any damage caused by fireworks, firepits, or cigarettes. As a frame of reference on cost, repairs can average anywhere between $100-$5000 for items covered by unintentional damage. MOVING THE UNIT VOIDS THE DAMAGE WAIVER*

Yes. In order to hold a reservation, a down payment of 50% of the unit rental cost is required to secure the reservation.  Down payments may vary for Schools, Churches, County/City, and corporate events. The balance is due upon delivery.

Customer must provide at least ten days’ notice to Hometown Amusement and Creations in the event of a cancellation of the planned activities. Failure to notify Hometown Amusement and Creations will result in a cancellation charge of $50 on orders under $400 and for orders over $400 there will be a $100 cancellation charge for a single unit rental or $100 per unit cancellation charge for rentals with more than one unit. If the balance has been paid in full regardless of the cancellation term you will be issued a rain check that is good for a year from the party date. In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, Hometown Amusement and Creations may cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations, any payments made will be applied to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available or a rain check will be issued.  There will be NO refunds.         

Hometown Amusement and Creations retains the right at its discretion to not leave all or certain equipment at the customers premises due to space constraints, ground conditions, unsafe location or condition, inclement weather forecast, or any other reason which Hometown Amusement and Creations has the sole right to ascertain. Payments made in full will be issued a rain check good for one year from the party date. If Hometown Amusement and Creations refuses delivery for any reason, Hometown Amusement and Creations will not be held liable for any damages.                        

Yes. Were carry general liability, accidental medical and inland marine insurance. Your sales representative can provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate if you need it for your rental.

Hometown Amusement and Creations will match or beat any of our licensed and insured competitor’s prices or coupons, provided it is for the same exact rental item. The competitor’s rental price or coupon must be posted on the internet, publicly available, or a recent quote with your information as the renter to be considered for application to your order. We cannot, however, match delivery fees as they are dependent upon location.
