SIOTO Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization training is the current standard and practices that Hometown Amusement and Creations LLC has adopted for the install of inflatables.

Yes. Sufficient attendants must be present for all equipment and attractions. Hometown Amusement and Creations does not provide attendants. Attendants can be provided by Hometown Amusement and Creations if reserved ahead of time. The rate for each attendant will range from $35-$75 an hour.

1. Attendants must be 18 years or older.
2. Attendants must thoroughly understand the proper operation of the equipment, agree to the rules of use, and know its specific inherent hazards.
3. Attendants must be under direct supervision of renter or renting organizations’ authorized agents and have immediate access to them.
4. Attendants must have command presence necessary to maintain order of their responsible area.
5. Attendants may only operate or supervise one piece of equipment at a time.
6. Attendants must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

The customer is responsible to ensure that sufficient grounded electrical outlets are available within 100 feet of each piece of equipment as applicable. Extension cords provided by Hometown Amusement and Creations may only power equipment. In the event of electrical failure, or unavailability of suitable power Hometown Amusement and Creations will adjust no refunds or credits. Hometown Amusement and Creations has generators available at an additional charge if electrical availability is a concern.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Inflatable devices must be set up over a smooth, flat surface. The area must be clear of rocks, debris, animal waste, and other objects, which may interfere with the use of or damage Hometown Amusement and Creations. The unit must always have a minimum clearance of 5 feet on all sides. Contact Hometown Amusement and Creations for overall dimensions of specific units. When signing our contract, your releasing Hometown Amusement and Creations from any liability regarding any damage that may occur to water, sewer, drainage, gas lines, etc. The Customer is responsible for instructing any representative of Hometown Amusement and Creations to any obstructions or buried lines in or around the set-up area. Hometown Amusement and Creations is in no way held liable for damage or repair.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

8 Hours

No. We make sure you have your rentals for at least 8hrs so you can make memories. If the inflatable equipment is not rented the day before or after your scheduled event, we can usually arrange for you to have it earlier or keep it later, at no extra charge. This is our standard practice, provided the equipment isn’t already reserved, our delivery and pickup schedule allows it, and the weather conditions are favorable (no rain, wind exceeding 15 mph, snow, or temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Accidental Damage Waiver: The purchase of the RESIDENTIAL Equipment Damage Waiver protection plan for 8% of your rental fee, we will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage or theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, glitter, slime, confetti, streamers, gum, candy, food/beverage, paint, face paint, markers or pen, cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, shoes or sharps and any damage caused by fireworks, firepits, or cigarettes. As a frame of reference on cost, repairs can average anywhere between $100-$5000 for items covered by unintentional damage. MOVING THE UNIT VOIDS THE DAMAGE WAIVER*

Yes. In order to hold a reservation, a down payment of 30% of the total quote is required to secure the reservation. Down payments may vary for Schools, Churches, County/City, and corporate events. The balance is due upon delivery.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation & Payment Terms

* Down Payment: A 30% down payment of the total unit rental cost is required to hold and secure a reservation. Down payment requirements may vary for qualifying organizations, including schools, churches, corporate events, and city/county events.

* Orders Under $750: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the rental equipment.

* Orders $751 and Above: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

* Binding Agreement: A signed rental contract constitutes a legally binding agreement between the renter and Hometown Amusement & Creations LLC.

* The obligation to pay the total rental price and applicable fees is established upon signing and is not contingent upon the receipt of the down payment.

* Failure to submit a down payment or make a scheduled payment does not void or cancel the contract; the renter remains obligated to all specified charges.

* By signing, the renter confirms they have reviewed and agreed to all pricing, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and general policies.

2. Cancellation Policy by Order Size

A. Orders Totaling $750 or Less

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message.

* 5+ Business Days Notice: Full refund issued, including the down payment.

* 2 to 4 Business Days Notice: The down payment is non-refundable but will be held as a credit for up to 1 year toward a future rental.

* Less Than 48 Hours Notice: The down payment is non-refundable and forfeited, unless the cancellation is due to severe inclement weather (see Section 3).

B. Orders Exceeding $751

* Due to equipment allocation and scheduling requirements for large events, orders over $751 are non-refundable (including the down payment) regardless of when or why the cancellation occurs.

* The full contract balance remains due and payable even if the order is canceled.

C. Special & Seasonal Equipment Orders

* Cancellations are not permitted for new or seasonal equipment purchased specifically at a customer’s request.

* Customers are responsible for 100% of the rental fee for these items, even if delivery is canceled or declined (including weather-related cancellations).

* Hometown Amusement & Creations LLC reserves the right to apply any deposits toward custom equipment costs. Rescheduling options may be offered subject to equipment availability.

3. Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of severe rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions:

* Delivery may be canceled without penalty prior to setup.

* No cash refunds will be issued. All payments made will be converted into a credit or rain check valid for 1 year from the original event date, subject to equipment availability.

4. Right of Refusal & Delivery Discretion

Hometown Amusement & Creations LLC reserves the right to withhold or decline setup of any equipment due to:

* Space constraints or ground/site conditions.

* Unsafe locations, hazardous environments, or inclement weather forecasts.

* Any other factor deemed unsafe at the company’s sole discretion.

Policy: If delivery is refused under these conditions, payments made in full will be converted to a rain check valid for 1 year from the event date. Hometown Amusement & Creations LLC shall not be held liable for any secondary damages or losses resulting from a delivery refusal.

5. Optional Residential Accidental Damage Waiver

Renters may purchase the Residential Equipment Damage Waiver for 8% of the total rental fee.

* Coverage: Waives financial liability for unintentional, accidental damage occurring to equipment during the rental period (typical repairs average between $100 and $5,000).

* Exclusions: The waiver does NOT cover theft, intentional damage, or damage caused by:

* Silly String, glitter, slime, confetti, streamers, or face paint.

* Food, beverages, gum, candy, paint, markers, or pens.

* Cuts, slices, or punctures from sharp objects, shoes, or animals.

* Fireworks, fire pits, open flames, or cigarettes.

* Void Terms: Moving the unit from its original installation spot immediately voids the Damage Waiver.

Yes. Were carry general liability, accidental medical and inland marine insurance. Your sales representative can provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate if you need it for your rental.

Hometown Amusement and Creations will match or beat any of our licensed and insured competitor’s prices or coupons, provided it is for a similar rental item. The competitor’s rental price or coupon must be posted on the internet, publicly available, or a recent quote with your information as the renter to be considered for application to your order.
